Managed Artists

The Princeton Festival holds auditions for its June opera production during the preceding fall. It regularly contacts artists’ representatives during the late summer/early fall with audition dates and repertory information. Artists with representation should contact their agents for information on these auditions. Representatives seeking to receive audition announcements may submit a request as well as information about their roster to The Princeton Festival’s Artistic Director, preferably by email: [email protected]

Unmanaged Artists

The Princeton Festival will also hear select unmanaged artists for roles and covers in the fall and winter prior to the season; however, time slots for these auditions are limited and will be allocated to artists with substantial previous performing credits. As much as we would like to hear everyone who submits audition materials, it is seldom possible because of time considerations.

To be considered for an unmanaged artist audition for 2019, please submit your current resumé and a recent performance video link to: [email protected] with “Opera” in the subject line. Due to the high volume of audition requests from unmanaged artists, we are unable to respond to every request and do not guarantee a live audition. We make every effort to review your materials within a few hours of their receipt, and will contact you if we are interested in hearing you in a live audition.
